Red Brahman bulls are bred for pure power, pure nature and pure meat on Farm Lichtenstein. Since the Bramarein Brahmans stud was established in 1977, the animals were selected to thrive under harsh natural conditions. From the beginning the herd was subjected to performance testing so that we can say with confidence that our bulls carry the right genes for pure beef grown under natural conditions.

The Wetmer Brahman stud, where white and red Brahmans are bred, is in the Gobabis area. Breeding does not have shortcuts and our long-term goal is to offer selected, performance-tested animals. All animals are annually subjected to a rigorous selection process to identify the animals that will promote the unique characteristics of the Brahman breed.
